Silver hardware, Gancini side decor, functional too - can change the top opening size/extend sides by opening & selecting diff hole. A zipper couple inches from bags bottom opens to a large section- can fit bigg st phone and more. The zipper works, but is not fluid, not sure what to do - to make it move smooth (soap?).
