No box but they are brand new - some photos show 43 they are 45 . Medina is basically a Gizeh with a wider middle strap . They’re absolutely the best thing you’ll ever wear in a sandal for guys . Women can enjoy this look as well but it was designed for a bigger look as the Gizeh is a much narrower middle strap . So it doesn’t matter … just for preference. You can’t find these from Birkenstock anymore , you can’t find this nubuck or birkoflor it’s ridiculous. Just the textile or vegan . It’s actually ridiculous. They’re so good!
