A glamorous, silver screen inspired vintage piece from the past. Lovely 1950 shawl wrap by Glenoit in their famous Regina~Glenara faux fur line. This gorgeous wrap belonged to my mother. Worn once to a Mardi Gras ball then cleaned, stored and all but forgotten, until now. It's incredible. Soft plush faux fur with silk lining the color of golden champagne. Not quite a wrap, not quite a cape, this beautiful piece has a shall collar and fits at the shoulders like a modern medium. Faux fur and lining in pristine condition save one spot near the nape where the lining stitching has come loose but an easy repair. Very gently used.
