These navy boots with neon green Dino print are basically new without tags. Never worn outside, just worn for a few minutes inside whenever my guy discovered them in the closet. The Velcro closure wraps around and is easy to close by littles. They are really easy to get on and off because of the design. Also have light up red lights in heels.
