1. waistband... one side across to other side seam?
2. rise...crotch seam to top off waistband?
3. inseam...crotch tip bottom of leg?

Waist 14.5 inches
rise 9.5 inches
inseam 27 inches.
They have a little stretch.
Added a photo of material and also slight flaw I noticed by zipper.
