Very good condition for its age. Set includes top and fitted sheets and 2 pillow cases. Top sheet and one pillow case are a bit faded. The fitted sheet is crisp and white. The elastic is firm and nor dry rotted. There are a few small stains here and there. Smoke and pet free home. No other odors.
