luxurycloset66 @varleyhannigan hello! The material is very very stretchy but laying flat without any pull is 20 inches, pulled slightly it is 24 inches and can stretch more but that is a good fit. Let me know if you have any other questions! It is such a silky soft top that can be worn alone, under a jacket or with a t-shirt or tank underneath :) thanks, Laurie
