70s Vintage Fredrick’s of Hollywood Polkadot Dress with Puff Shoulders

This is a gorgeous late 70s early 80s dress made by Fredrick’s of hollywood. Made of a black stretchy poly with tiny white polkadots, the dress is faux wrap style with a low cut neckline. The skirt of the dress has ruffles and the sleeves of the dress are puffed and 3/4 length. The dress is marked a vintage 13-14 with measurements included in photos - about a medium. Overall in good vintage condition with no major flaws to note.
