@tcdubs5 hi! I believe that I purchased it in 2023 or 2024? It’s like new and the features are the same, just a different design I suppose :)

Can you use any oil ? Like the hotel brand ? Also was it loud? Lastly do you have to have a subscription and pay monthly for it to work?

@steelej29 Yes, hotel brand oil would work. It sounds kind of like a fan and you can adjust the settings for how often you want the scent disbursed. It is silent when it isn't "scenting". It does not require a subscription - you just add oil and turn it on :)

Has this unit ever had routine cleaning? Are all attachments and tubes included? Was this installed in a conditioned space?
