This is very old handpainted. It says mother of pearl it may be sterling I am actually going to test it. I do believe that it’s Sterling. It’s worth much more than mom paid for it. $22 so we’re gonna double that price because we know that this is likely sterling very interesting French class on the back. It looks like a beautiful beautiful scene. I don’t know what country it is and it is signed, but I really cannot make out the name. It seems to be a foreign language name. Absolutely stunning have not seen anything like this in the sterling purchased the Irish Celtic import vintage looks amazing in person
