Sustain Poster by Nikki McClure

Nikki McClure is a Washington state based artist that uses paper and an exacto knife to create strong graphic images that often have community and environmentally conscious themes. This is a large poster sized print of her sustain piece with bold red poppies and birds by a triangle trellis. It was purchased originally from Powell's bookstore in Portland Oregon and still has the faded original sticker if that matters. It is in the original plastic and has a cardboard to keep it unbent and safe. I have never actually put it in a frame and hung it up. I was going to put it in my kitchen and it would be a great piece for a kitchen, a bold piece for a gallery wall, a nursery (it's the first colors babies see and why not start them caring for the planet early), on the way out to the garden, put it anywhere.
