New with tags. Tried on a few times but never worn. 100 percent cotton. Very light and comfortable! It’s just a bit tight around the ribcage (I have a wide frame) and I wanted something I could dance in. I think it would fit a US size 6 and 8 comfortably. Great for summer weddings and parties.
