fashioncrazy60@alliwied7 so measured flat PTP it’s about 16” but if you need it to it’s able to stretch quite a lot (the entire dress. And the straps are fabric ties so those are adjustable as well giving you extra length or making it shorter if you want that instead. The dress was MAYBE worn once (if that) My friend bought it for her daughter and so she did remove the tags and washed it before giving it to me (I though I would wear her bc I’m obsessed with her)- but just have too much clothing.
