Black Dress with Fuchsia Underskirt

Fun Black dress with a fuchsia underskirt and a black lace overskirt. V-neck jersey bodice. Back zip. Lined. This dress is brand new, but we had a problem with the black lace when we first purchased them. The black lace would make your hand black. We had them laundered and solved the problem! This is a great price for this very nice dress!! Length on size small is approximately 37.5-inches.
