Was this altered/hemmed at the bottom or anywhere else? Are there any additional signs of wear on the dress?

@paigeroyall it’s in great condition everywhere else except the small hole in the bottom back (see picture).
It hasn’t been hemmed or altered in anyway either.

This dress comes in 2 styles, one is open-back, and one isn't. Is this the one with the open-back? A little hard to tell from pics, so just curious :)
