@jcorp01 Sorry it took me so long to reply. I needed to talk to my daughter-in-law since it is her dress.
She had the dress shortened and the back straps adjusted so that the dress would not gap under the arms. She is 5’ 2” tall and wore 5” block heels with the dress.

My daughter is short, so length is not an issue. However, even though she is thin, she has a large rib cage. So, if the straps were not just relocated, but also shortened, it would not work. Could you ask her if the straps were shortened? Thank you.
