The leaves can be used in salads, smoothies, ground into powder or added into any dish, you are cooking. They will be shipped bear root with a little bit of soil and a paper towel to keep it damp as it ships. it needs very little care. It will be ready to go into the ground or into a pot. It does not like extreme cold so if you are in an area where it freezes or get snow, it would be need to be protected or brought inside. These are about eight months old and they may or may not ship with leaves, depending on how big the leaves are. It can be clipped back often, and the leaves will grow back very quickly.
