40s Vintage Novelty Print Peplum Dress

This dress is absolutely beautiful. Circa 1940s, it is a short sleeve peplum style dress in a beautiful novelty print that resembles bonsai trees. The fabric is navy blue with wavy patches of white, pink, and green. The back of the skirt has an attached navy peplum that drapes across the hips and down the back. The dress has shoulder pads and a matching belt and zips up the back with a metal zipper. Material feels like either silk or rayon. In good vintage condition considering age but not without flaws. the bottom hem is undone and has a few small marks. there are a few tears and pinholes near the armpits and a tear near the neckline - please see pics for reference.
