blings4u@iloveowls93 sorry for the late response, I was on vacation and did not get my messages where I was at. Yes it is all black. It just varies in color because they’re different types of materials. It’s a beautiful skirt and it goes well with so many things because it’s so basic but yet elegant. it could even work with Boho chic.
