jmetzger1972 @katmtzy2 it’s Light Support for A/B Cups. I didn’t realize when I purchased this it was for A/B cup and I am a C/D cup. I do have one of these in the C/D cup and I think it’s good support. Hope that helps.

jmetzger1972 I mostly just yoga and Pilates or walk on my treadmill so they work for that type of workout.
