Edwardian flower pendant-brooch designed by Crane Theurer. Beautiful pendant-brooch, created in America during the Edwardian and the Art Nouveau periods, back in the 1905. This versatile piece has been designed by the jewelry company of Crane Theurer in the shape of a pansy flower. The piece was carefully crafted in solid yellow gold of 14 karats with polished finish and embellished with applications of non-glossy vivid purple enamel. It is fitted at the reverse with a horizontal hinged pin bar with a mechanical lock to wear as a brooch and a ring to wear in a chain as a pendant. The enamel work is exceptional and meticulous, far exceeding the details of the fibers and veins of the leaves.
