Hello! I’ve been reading that these run small. Can you confirm? If so is it just half a size or full size that they run small? Or are they true to size?

Hello, esme10mora I am a 6.5 and they fit. I had someone that is 7 try them on and they said “They fit and they fit fine until I start walking my heel goes up and down, I guess they run half a size smaller.”
