free people striped maxi dress

super fun maxi dress from free people. originally bought this for high school graduation festivities, but planned on wearing it for other things. sadly it doesn’t fit, so i want it to go to someone who it will fit labeled a small, true to size. has shirring in back for some flexibility in sizing. has discreet pockets on the sides as well in excellent used condition. open to offers!
