This raincoat for dog is NEW without tags. I purchased it for my dog, but it was too small for him so he can’t wear it. I have included the Approximate flat lay measurements to help out with sizing. Tag says XXXL, but its most likely for a medium sized dog. Lightweight, waterproof material. Adjustable with Velcro closures
