Skirt is maxi length with a tulip hem, flat elastic waist with velvet trim. Both pieces are made of stretchy poly blend black & white boucle knit and are unlined. Size 20w. Skirt waist 40-44 inches, length 36 inches. Jacket bust 50 inches, length from back neck to hem 27 inches.
