NWT! Stunning!!! 100% Silk. Approximately 36” long. See photos for other measurements.. True wrap skirt. Approximately 13 3/4'” waist. Be sure to check measurements as waist buttons in place. Tie is part of the design but not functional to adjust the waist. Waist closes with a button and loop, a delicate snap and finishes with the side tie. There is a light mark on the back of the skirt, it is either part of the fabric or "shop wear" most likely caused by a steamer that hadn't been cleaned. It is barely visible, please see photo #4, it is in the center above the word "Westville". You can see the overall placement by noticing the same word on photo #3 of the entire back of the skirt.
