Apilco Porcelain Large Tall Soufflé Dish. This souffle dish is the large tall size sold by Williams Sonoma. This classic porcelain soufflé dish is beautifully versatile. You can use it for baking soufflés (with their straight sides promoting rising), for creating chilled mousses or cooking and serving vegetables and other side dishes. Chip resistant and commercial grade, it is microwavable as well as oven, freezer and dishwasher safe. It measures 7 1/2" diam., 3 1/2" high; 1.5-qt. cap. There is one area on rim with an indentation, see photo, but it seems to have been fired that way as glaze appears over it.
