Although this is new without tags, it has been altered. Bottom has been cut by about 20" making it go from maxi to midi length. I do have the remnants of this and can include it in shipping. The hem has not been sewn. The dress is lightweight and flowy! It is low cut with a button front on the skirt. Adjustable tie at the waist. the sleeves have a pretty ruffle detail and ties at the back. Makes a great sundress for the beach. It has pockets! Rayon/polyester blend.
