The right collar interfacing needs to be steamed smooth (suggest dry cleaning), Typical used pulls and wear throughout.

hotpinkraeHi, thanks for your question. I took some new photos. It is a 1980s coat. I measured the bust by under arm to under arm. There is a packet along the sides of this coat, which means it doesn’t have seams down the sides, but rather a placket ( folded to measure).

hotpinkraeThe waist is 19 1/2 inches with the coat buttoned. I measured this by measuring the waist in between the belt loops. The middle of the belt loop is approximately 6 inches from the under the arm to the middle of the belt. very well. My shoulders are in 18 inches. The coat is 17 1/2inches.
