Gorgeous formal floor length dress size 4, worn once. Steel blue is a dusty blue/ gray color. Sleeveless top with spaghetti straps, ribbon at the waist, chiffon skirt in small pleats, with an underskirt lining. Flows beautifully, great movement. Bra cups have been added, can easily be removed or replaced. Straps have been shortened slightly but are tacked down and can be untacked if they need to be lengthened.
