This item is a women's one shoulder mini fringe dress in petrol blue. It is a very heavy material and has a sturdy zipper down the left side of the dress. The dress is small and stretches to fit. Super form fitting, but hard to tell because the long fringe accents cover the most of the under fabric. There are two layers of fringe; one hanging down from the top seam and the second hanging from the waist. This dress has never been worn and has the original tags still attached.
