Vintage 1960s Blue White Gingham Checked Embroidered Cotton House Dress L/M

Here for your consideration is a handmade vintage house dress. It feels like cotton. It is crosstiched all down the front. It has a nylon zipper down the back. I would estimate this around a L/M based on the measurements. Here are the measurements with the dress flat and taken from one side. Arm pit to pit 18" waist 18" hips 18", shoulder to hem 36". This is clean and free of holes and in good wearable vintage condition.
