toby_li @fatsnoopy7 from shoulder to shoulder is about 16”, top of shoulder to sleeve is 24”,top of shoulder to bottom of coat is about 36”. Material tag pic added

toby_li @fatsnoopy7 Since the shoulder seams are thicker, I would say it doesn’t really hang off even if you are on the petite side. It’s snug and fitted for me when I wear a thick sweater.
