Styled in California for JCPenney. Excellent condition. No signs of wear that I am able to locate. Fabric is a nice solid weight. I would not call it "textured" like the tag indicates. Button cuff closure. Placket (where the buttons and button holes are) is reinforced with fusing creating a crisper look, and more durable base.
