Worn and very well taken care of 4.3 inch heels. Not dirty on the inside as I always wore sock liners. However, a few creases are noticeable on the foot bed. Signs of wear on bottom of soles and inside of ankles from padded adhesive for comfort. Will come with original box but using my own tissue paper.
