Paysage du Lauragais French Wool Tapestry ( VERY RARE) Flamingos on the River Lignon tapestry is a superb French tapestry, woven by Jules Pansu in 77% wool and 20% cotton which we admire greatly for its quality and enjoy for its relaxing scene. In the 18th century Aubusson tapestry style it shows a pair of flamingos at a stream in the Ardèche region of southern France with woodlands and a chateau in the background.
