NWT Hasting & Smith Corduroy Skirt

This floral Hasting & Smith corduroy skirt is size 18. It has a zipper in the back and two buttons at the waist. It also has pockets!!! There is some discoloration at the waist, but it is not completely obvious. The waist measures about 16.5-17 inches across and the length from top of waist to hem is about 34.5 inches.
