Looks like a Free People or 70’s vintage crochet headband, but I think it was originally from Zara a couple years back for a summer festival or concert I think. I never wore it :( Brand new condition as it’s never been worn, though may have some looser strings which is super common with crochet, you can just pull to tighten the threads. Stretchy, can accommodate different sized heads :)
