Interesting piece of Trench Art dated 1942. Has beautiful patina. Maybe this was an ashtray at one time, but it works perfect for rings or bangles. It is made from geniune military shells. Bottom says: MMMi6 Lot 6-23141-75 SMC-1942. I have no clue what it means. Heavy for its size.

avelonsattic Hey there, My hubby is a weapons specialist. I wanted to let you know some info on this cool piece. It is a 50 caliber round soldierd to a 37mm m16 1932 shell casing on the bottom. That's what all of the numbers are on the bottom. Happy Poshing!!

I'm a gemoligist & jewler & I see SO many miss identified crystals & gemstones on here. And I've been blocked more than once for trying to help them correctly identify their inventory.
