🔴 Vintage - Frijsenborg by Royal Copenhagen of Denmark - Rare / Collectible

This is a Vintage 4 set (4 Tea Cups with 4 Saucers) of Royal Copenhagens Frijsenborg Pattern, a pattern no longer in production. Royal Copenhagen started producing fine Porcelain in 1775 and these offerings are from 1980-1984 for the saucers and 1985-1991 for the cups. This set is in extremely gently used condition, they have all the proper markings, they are very colorful and make for an excellent addition to anyone that values hand painted porcelain. They are numbered 910 / 1546 which I believe has something to do with the pattern design and issue number. The characteristics of this design/pattern are Multimotif Florals, Scalloped & Gold Trim. In my research I was also able to learn the Royal Copenhagen had a process of determining what they considered to be seconds and if so determined by them they would place a very fine diamond scrape marking thru their 3 blue wave lines. The determination of this was something that the untrained eye would probably never be able to notice but they would then only sell those offerings in their own outlet stores. I’ve detected this marking on all 4 cups and 2 of the 4 saucers. This small mark is not visible in the photos and you can’t see any reasons for them as the pieces are really very well crafted.
