Lengthwise I found this to be a little longer than I would like. It fit me well in the waist but I have broad shoulders and it was a struggle to get it over both arms although it fit fine once it was on. I have decided to resell it because it's hard for me to get in and out of due to the shoulder issue. It's very soft but it's not particularly warm.
