@moonsongdeals top of waist to bottom of leg opening is 38"
I can fit into a 36-38 waist although 38 is kind of loose in the waist and rear end so it looks kind of baggy on my butt. I like it tight form fitting from but to leg opening. what do you think??

@lxinda1181 It's hard to tell since every body is built differently but I think they should still be fitted for you given what you've said. Unfortunately, I don't have a way to guarantee that other than giving as many measurements as I can!
