New Kensie Boots

It is my Daughter-in-law. She owns more pairs than me, and I think that y am shoes fanatic. I was told these haven’t been worn, but taken out of the box, no box. There is no tag on the actual shoes. The looks is between pale black or very dark charcoal gray. Please see attached pictures for details. Thanks
