stem56 Hi I just received the platform sandels in tan and I ordered white . Stemmie Adinolfi 7281 e softwind dr . Scottsdale . What can we do about this ? I really only wanted the white .

thread_wagon @stem56 oh no, I’m so sorry, I must have shipped the wrong color. You can open a claim with Poshmark and they’ll approve the return and send you a return label.

stem56 I know I purchase a white pair in 10 with your 25 percent discount because you sent me brown instead the first time . But I am not sure that they have come . Do you have the purchase info or the shipping info and delivery on this pair that I bought on your website? Because I don’t have a white pair from Bamboo . thread_wagon @kathyseaman they’re pretty true to size. If between sizes, I would size down. I’m typically a size 7 or 7.5 and I did a 7 in these.
