bamamom62 @khouchar Wow that’s amazing! You don’t look like you weigh 180…you look smaller. Several years ago I went from 240>>180 and kept it off for a few years before Covid hit. I gained about 40 back during that time. I’m down about 17 lbs from a year ago. It’s been a lifelong struggle for me. Keep up the good work.
