Gorgeous Vintage Designer solid 14K Yellow Gold Genuine Natural Blue Sapphire and 34 Genuine Diamond Halo Cluster Filigree Ring about size 8-8.25 (marked "14K LV China" and acid tested). Top of the ring is about 12mm in its widest. Genuine Sapphire is approximately 1CT total weight. This unique Ring weighs about 4.5 grams and is in great vintage used pre-owned condition. (P)
