This dainty blue mini dress by Fashion on Earth is the perfect Spring or Summer dress! It has Bell sleeves lined with lace and a cold shoulder. Buttons down the front, and a 100% Polyester lining underneath. It is in GUC with no holes or rips. There a few small spots on the back that should come out and threading is coming loose around the lace detailing, but otherwise it is in great condition!
