The Childrens Place Halter Dress with Bolero Shrug Blue lining/slip under skirt that is knee length. Very flowy dress that my daughter loved to wear. She grew too quick and we live in a cold climate so the dress was only worn a few times. Sparkles on the dress throughout. Size 10-12 from Children’s Place Rich colors Last photo shows small stain near the front v-neck. Dress is 38 inches long from halter neck to bottom of dress. The back is 40 inches long from top of bolero shrug to bottom of dress.
