Y2K Butterfly Sleeve Semi sheer rainbow monarch blouse

Like new y2k fairy butterfly top with the most gorgeous unique cut out sleeves. This top is no longer sold anywhere and I cannot find another one for sale like it. I love that it’s whimsical but also quite neutral, as I always paired it with jeans and cowgirl boots. The flow is unreal. Unfortunately I just felt like it was a little too tight on my more muscular arms, so I would recommend for a true size XS or a smaller Small.
