Is this layered in front with chiffon but have a stretchy back and sleeves? What is length in front from front shoulder seam to bottom hem?

@pmioomfcs the color is maroon, the sleeves are stretchy at the cuff. The front is layered chiffon and it measures 23 inches from the neck to the bottom front layer. Arm pit to arm pit is 27 inches. The back is layered but longer. It has a split back but layered in chiffon and it measures 29 inches from the neckline to the bottom hem.
